Qigong
Our session will start with a gentle Qigong movement practise to nourish the joints & relax & energise the body. This seasonal Qiflow practise for the winter season includes breathwork, self massage, healing sounds and mindfulness in motion through moving meditation. We will connect back to nature by working with the elements around and within us to bring us back to a state of harmony and balance.
This gentle practise is an invitation to connect body mind and breath, preparing you to receive a deeply relaxing guided mediation.
New Year Yoga Nidra relaxation
As we get cosy & find stillness, Tracey will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state of ease you will experience alpha & theta brainwave states sometimes referred to as Yogic sleep. This New Year Yoga Nidra relaxation will welcome new beginnings as we set our Sankalpa (heart felt intention). This fully guided practise calms the nervous system & brings the body back to equilibrium.

Sound bath
As we flow seamlessly into a gentle but powerful sound bath you will be taken on a sound journey which will incorporate different instruments including Himalayan Bowls, Wind Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Drums, which have a unique ability to relax and calm the nervous system. This is a truly restorative experience and you will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to embrace the New year.
