Sanctuary Retreat Sessions

We are thrilled to introduce our new series of Sanctuary Retreat sessions, hosted by Tracey Boast and Simon Gudgeon. These special experiences in our retreat are designed to provide you with a peaceful escape, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and restore your inner balance.

Yoga Nidra

Join us for this truly relaxing and nurturing workshop. This workshop will start with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation and flow seamlessly into a journey of sound therapy.
We invite you to settle into this gorgeous retreat space and get cosy in your Yoga Nidra nest as Tracey guides you into a deep state of relaxation. Finding ease & stillness you will experience alpha & theta brainwave state sometimes referred to as Yogic sleep. This fully guided practise will prepare body, mind and soul to receive fully the healing benefits of a full sound therapy experience.

 

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

A practise of deliberate stillness for deep conscious rest. This healing state will reset your nervous system, reduce muscular tension, calm the mind and create space for the breath.
You are invited in this nourishing practise of true self care to rest in long held postures, fully supported with props for the opportunity to find deep and nourishing rest, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and return to a state of equilibrium.
In a fully supported shavasana pose we will then guide you on a healing sound therapy journey.
