Unlock your wellbeing surrounded by nature at the Wellbeing by the Lakes

Guided meditations by the water. Talks from best-selling authors and acclaimed experts. Yoga, fitness, and movement classes surrounded by nature. Art demonstrations and workshops. Sound baths and healing therapies.

If this all sounds wonderfully relaxing and appealing, then you are in luck! All this and much more is yours to enjoy at a fabulous festival coming to Sculpture by the Lakes later this summer.

Back again in 2022

After the huge success of the last two events, and the comeback after cancelling the 2020 event due to the pandemic, we are so excited to announce the launch of Wellbeing by the Lakes 2022!

This four-day event from September 8 to 11 is your invitation to step out of the fast-paced modern world, and into a world of calm and tranquillity, where you can explore a wealth of practices to help you live more mindfully and feel healthier and happier.

As well as being extended over four days with even more practitioners than the 2021 event, this year’s festival has an even bigger marketplace – a great area jam-packed with wellbeing stalls – think jewellery, yoga wear, sound bowls, bookstalls, skincare, guilt-free snacks, and a whole lot more. There will also be creative arts demonstrations in this area where you’ll be able to have a go yourself and delve into your creative side.

Festival line up

The line-up has yet to be announced (watch this space!) but expect a mix of local and national wellness educators and advocates, from meditation and yoga teachers to life coaches.

All classes in the Move & Flow and Strong Body tents including, yoga, breathwork, Qoya, Pilates, HIIT & mixed ability fitness, along with sound baths and healing therapies such as massage and reflexology, will be bookable in advance and payable separately, allowing you to create your own bespoke programme of experiences to enjoy.

Included in the daily ticket price are free expert talks and author sessions, guided meditations, the curated marketplace, and the café and art gallery. This ticket will also allow festival goers to be free to explore the sculpture park. The many extra classes and sessions available at the festival can be booked and paid for additionally.

The festival is open from Wednesday, September 8th to Sunday, September 11th. No Children under 14 or dogs can be permitted.
