Plan Your Visit

 

We don’t want to crowd or rush our guests so we limit the number of daily visitors, giving you the space and time to fully absorb and appreciate the experience. For that reason we only take bookings online and we do not allow children under 12 years old.

Booking in advance is essential – please click here to make a booking. Please note that the Bookings Calendar only opens a couple of months ahead, but we are open all year round.

Entry: £10.00 per person.  (No concessions).

We do not have catering facilities but you are welcome to bring a picnic. For pubs, restaurants and hotels in the area visit the links page. In case you are wondering we do have lavatories by the car park.

Most of all we encourage you to take your time to relax and enjoy the area and the sculptures. We are open between 11.00am and 5.00pm, most visitors spend at least 2 hours but it is yours for the day.

Visitor Guidelines. We do ask that all visitors read and abide by our guidelines; they are necessary to avoid damage to the sculptures and the landscape as well as keeping your visit safe and enjoyable. Click here to view the guidelines.

Map & Directions. Sculpture by the Lakes is located at Pallington Lakes, Pallington, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 8QU. Pallington is about half a mile east of Tincleton, once you go under the power lines we are the second house on the right with a tall beech hedge and security gates. Outside the entrance there is a black stone sign saying Pallington Lakes. From the other direction we are 0.8 of a mile from the crossroads.
